I love children and pets! I was a nanny for eight and a half years and have provided loving, quality child care for many other families in the Denver area. My CPR and First Aid will need to be recertified in 2008, but I have been certified consecutively for the past 10 years. I work with children often at my church, Denver First Church of the Nazarene, and have had my background cleared through the Cherry Hills Police. This can be verified through the children's department at the church. I am interactive and love to engage children in conversation and learning through fun. (Most kids think I'm the best and make a mean mac and cheese -- OK, my four nieces think so!) Although I've done child care continually over the past 10+ years, my full-time job involves the travel and tourism industry. My hobbies include cooking, reading, singing (sometimes professionally), travel (when I can), dogs (my puppy and I are beginning Flyball in February) and many other things.
